Everest Base Camp
Everest Base Camp trek is quite simply the classic trek in Nepal. High in the priority list of trekkers, the Everest Base Camp is one of the most visited regions in the Himalaya.The best months to trek to Everest base camp are pre-monsoon (February, March, April and May) and post monsoon (late September, October, November and December)
Itinerary
Day 01: Kathmandu to Lukla Scenic Flight and trek to Phakding
Altitude: 2,652m/8,700ft. Walking time, 3 to 4 hrs.
Day 02: Phakding to Namche Bazaar Trek
Altitude: 3,440m/11,283ft. Time Travel: 5 to 6 hrs. Walk
Day 03: Namche Bazaar-Acclimatize day
Day 04: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche Trek
Altitude: 3,870m/12,694ft. Time Travel: 5 to 6 hrs. Walk
Day 05: Tengboche to Dingboche Trek
Altitude: 4,360 m/14,300 ft. Time Travel: 5 to 6 hrs. Walk
Day 06: Acclimatization in Dingboche
Day 07: Dingboche to Lobuche Trek
Altitude: 940 m/16,207 ft. Time Travel: 5 to 6 hrs. Walk
Day 08: Lobuche to Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp Trek and back to Gorakshep
Altitude: 5170 m/16,961 ft and 5364 m/17,594 ft. Time Travel: 8 to 9 hrs. walk
Day 09: Explore Kala Pattar; trek down from Gorakshep via Lobuche to Pheriche
Altitude: 4280 m/14,070 ft. Time Travel: 8 to 9 hrs. walk
Day 10: Pheriche to Namche Bazar
Time Travel: 8 to 9 hrs. walk Time Travel: 8 to 9 hrs walk
Day 11: Trek to Lukla

Day 12: Fly Back to Kathmandu.

Inclusions
- Sagarmatha National Park entrance permit and TIMS (Trekkers security Card) permit
- Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu flight tickets and departure tax
- Three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) during the trek
- All accommodations on a trek (Lodge/Tea house)
- 3 hot showers (Attached bathroom) while on a trek
- Fresh seasonable fruits after every dinner (while on a trek)
- Tea/Coffee (Served in a cup only)
- Purified drinking water (medicated safe to drink) during the trek as much as you need
- Government licensed and well trained English speaking guide and his entire expenses
- Porters (One porter for each 2 members) and his entire expenses

Exclusions
- Nepal arrival visa (USD25 for 15 days and USD40 for 30 days in Cash)
- Meals in the city except breakfast and other mentioned special dinner
- Personal expenses like all kinds of drinks including mineral water, alcohol and soft beverages
- Extra Hot showers, Wi-Fi & battery charging while on a trek
- Extra baggage excess while flying to Lukla (only 15 kg included)
- Extra porter if you required (it cost USD25 per day)
- Monument entrance fees while on a tour in Kathmandu (approx. USD30 per person)
- Your travel insurance that covers Helicopter evacuation
- Any other extended trips and accommodation
- Tipping to staff (as an appreciation)
